At Grow & Learn preschool we care about each individual child. We are committed to helping children learn the basic skills it will require to enter
kindergarten. We hope your children will learn much much more.
Grow & Learn is owner operated by Miss Misty who has been running the preschool for six years. Miss Misty has a degree in early childhood education and has been in the child care field for over 15 years. Miss Misty has two children of her own and started this preschool because of a genuine love of children.
All of our teachers are highly qualified with either a degree in early childhood or several years experience in the field. Each teacher is personally trained by Miss Misty and certified in our Zoo Phonics program.
Our classroom sizes are kept small for a more intimate learning environment enabling your child to be in a class setting without a lot of chaos.

A curriculum based Preschool for children 2 1/2-5
The preschool day includes:
Language Arts:
ABC's hands on learning, letter of the day, alphabet song, Zoo Phonics, putting sounds together to form words, writing their own names, identifying lower case letters, home work.
Science:
Learning how and why things grow, seasons, weather, science experiments, field trip to a dairy farm, and more....
Math:
123's: identifying numbers, writing numbers, adding, graphing, telling time, sorting, counting money, and measurements.
Arts and Crafts:
Coloring, painting, working with scissors, creative art, gluing, collage, etc.
Free Play:
Arts and crafts table, pretend play area, puppets, dress-up, reading corner, blocks.
Circle Time:
Story time, songs, calendar time, talk about V.I.P., Holidays or upcoming events.
