Our 1-year-old and 1.5-year-old toddler classrooms never exceed 6 children, allowing teachers to provide individualized attention, guidance, and nurturing support during these important developmental years. Grow & Learn Preschool and Daycare is owned by Ms Charlotte and her husband Julien, both members of our local community. Ms Charlotte has spent her last decade helping, coaching, developing and caring for children. Our Facility Director, Ms Shawntal, has more than twenty-five years of teaching and directing experience. She helps make this preschool a second home for your children.
Over the past 20 years, Grow and Learn Preschool has developed its own proprietary curriculum. Based on concepts from the Fundations® Curriculum, which is a structured literacy program that focuses on phonemic awareness, phonics, vocabulary, fluency, and comprehension, our curriculum aligns with the nearby school districts (Chandler Unified School District, Queen Creek Unified School District and J.O. Combs Unified School District) and meets or exceeds nationwide standards, so your child outperforms others in their age groups both socially and academically when they get to Kindergarten.
And to keep it fun and interactive, each classroom studies a weekly theme through age-appropriate lesson plans and activities!
